Residential Property Manager – Inner North Portfolio
If you enjoy building relationships more than fighting fires, this could be your next long-term home in residential property management. This role is based in Melbourne’s inner north and offers a well-maintained portfolio, supportive leadership and a team that genuinely has each other’s backs.
The role You will take full ownership of a local residential portfolio, with a strong focus on service, communication and retention. Your days will be a mix of:

• Managing repairs and maintenance with trusted trades
• Conducting routine inspections and entry/exit reports
• Handling lease renewals and rent reviews
• Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Attending VCAT as required
• Preparing documentation and keeping records up to date in the PM software

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team who value communication, honesty and doing the right thing by both landlords and tenants.
About you You are an organised, people-focused Property Manager who takes pride in clear communication and follow-through. You will bring:

• Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio (or stepping up from an Assistant PM role)
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and valid driver’s licence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using modern property management software and Microsoft Office
• A calm, solutions-focused approach when dealing with issues or conflict
