This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing residential sales office in a pivotal dual role that blends campaign management with office operations on a 12–18 month contract. Suited to someone polished, highly organised and proactive, the position sits at the centre of the business and supports the smooth delivery of property marketing, administration and team coordination.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end marketing process for listings while also ensuring the office runs efficiently, professionally and in line with compliance expectations. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
The role:
In this position, you will coordinate all campaign activity for property listings, including booking photography, floorplans, video, copywriting, brochures and online advertising. You will also prepare pre-list kits, listing presentations, inspection packs, campaign schedules and reporting, while acting as a key point of contact for vendors throughout the campaign process.
On the operations side, you will oversee day-to-day office administration, support the sales team and principal, manage suppliers and service providers, maintain systems and records, and help keep the business running in a professional and well-organised manner. The role also has a compliance and team support element, including onboarding assistance, office systems, training coordination and general process improvement.
About you:
To be successful, you will already have experience in real estate, property marketing, office management or a senior administration position. You will bring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a polished presentation and the ability to manage competing deadlines across both marketing and operational tasks.
You will likely be confident with Microsoft Office and quick to pick up agency systems, and any experience with real estate CRMs, campaign platforms or CoreLogic/RP Data will be well regarded. A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence will be advantageous, along with an understanding of compliance, trust accounting or agency processes.
