• Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + super
• No fixed portfolio - step in to manage when team members are on leave or away
• Varied, hands-on position in a professional, CBD-based environment
• Permanent full-time role supporting commercial portfolios across Victoria

Commercial Property Manager – Inner Suburbs of Melbourne

• Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + super
• Portfolio: 130 - 160 properties
• You will have full support, including admin and trust accounting
• Enjoy autonomy, realistic workloads and strong team support
• Portfolio is based in and around the CBD

Various Residential Property Management positions - Various locations around Melbourne

• Salaries range from: $65,000 to $90,000 + Super
• We are working with some really great agencies that are looking for experienced Residential Property Managers.  
• There are WFH options and bonus structures available

Leasing Consultant - CBD

• Salary: $55,000 package
• This is a great opportunity to begin your Real Estate Career, ideally looking for someone that will want to get into sales after 12 months
• Training, support and progression within residential real estate
• Excellent beginner role into Real Estate

Leasing Consultant - Inner Suburb

• Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Super
• This is another great opportunity to begin your Real Estate career
• Looking for someone with a great attitude and able to cope with multiple tasks
• Small close knit team, they are ready to help you learn about Real Estate and what is required

Owners Corporation Manager - South East

• Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Super
• Company growth the reason for the portfolio
• Ideally looking for someone with 3 plus years experience
• Mandarin Speaker perferred 

About You:

• Experience within residential or commercial real estate (property management, leasing or OC)
• Confident communication skills and a calm, professional manner with clients and tenants
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a collaborative approach to working in a team
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate / relevant licensing (or in progress, for entry roles)
