The opportunity:
You will work alongside an experienced Property Manager to learn all aspects of residential property management. You will gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows, with a clear pathway to running your own portfolio.
Key tasks include:

• Assisting with day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance with landlords, tenants and trades.
• Preparing leases, notices and documentation in line with legislation.
• Conducting routine inspections and entry/exit condition reports.
• Providing friendly, professional customer service via phone, email and in person.
• General administration, database updates and file management.

About you:

• Current Certificate IV in Real Estate / Property Services (or equivalent) – essential for this role.
• No previous real estate experience required – full training provided.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-service mindset.
• High attention to detail, strong organisation and time management.
• Confident with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly.
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
