About the Role:
This is a full-time Owners Corporation Manager role managing your own portfolio while working closely with committees, owners, contractors and internal support staff. It will suit someone who enjoys client-facing work, can confidently manage competing priorities and has a solid understanding of Owners Corporation processes and legislation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of Owners Corporations across residential and/or mixed-use properties
• Liaising with committees, owners, residents, contractors and service providers
• Coordinating maintenance, quotes, repairs and contractor follow-up
• Preparing for and attending meetings, including AGMs and committee meetings
• Handling day-to-day correspondence and issue resolution across the portfolio
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures
• Building strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service

About You:
To be considered, you will ideally bring previous Owners Corporation management experience and the ability to manage a portfolio with confidence and professionalism. You will be organised, solutions-focused and comfortable dealing with a broad range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Owners Corporation management
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• A proactive, client-focused and team-oriented approach
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded, as this will be beneficial when liaising with part of the client base and broader stakeholder group.
