We are currently recruiting for a part-time Owners Corporation Assistant to join a well-established and supportive team based in St Kilda.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is looking to step into the property sector, or continue building a career within it, without needing prior Owners Corporation experience.

The role offers flexibility, working either 3 or 4 days per week, and will see you supporting two experienced Owners Corporation Managers with a variety of administrative tasks.

The Role:

• Providing administrative support to two OC Managers
• Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
• Managing emails, correspondence, and document filing
• Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with general day-to-day coordination of portfolios
• Liaising with owners, contractors, and stakeholders as required

About You:

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
• Interest in the property industry (highly regarded but not essential)
