About the Role: This is a varied Reception / Administration position where you will be the first point of contact for the office while also supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration. It is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and is happy to jump in wherever needed.
Your duties will include:
Answering phones and responding to email enquiries
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Providing general administrative support to the wider office
Scanning, copying, filing and archiving documents
Monitoring and ordering kitchen and office supplies
Keeping the office neat, tidy and well presented
Assisting with IT, phone and general office-related issues
Receiving and helping coordinate property maintenance requests
Supporting the team with other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About You: To be successful in this role, you will be someone who is dependable, well presented and happy to take ownership of the reception and administration function in a small office.
You will ideally bring:
Previous administration, reception or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Confidence managing a busy front desk and supporting multiple staff
Good communication skills and a professional manner
A reliable and self-motivated approach to your work
No corporate experience is required, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career within the property industry.
What’s on Offer
Salary package of circa $55,000
Monday to Friday hours, 8:55am to 5:05pm
