ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a storied legacy while shaping the future of commercial property management. As the Commercial Property Manager Team Leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality property management services.

You'll oversee the performance of 4 commercial manager and 3 assistants.  Your key responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of commercial property managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the strategic management and performance of commercial property portfolios, ensuring optimal returns and client satisfaction.
• Operational Insight: Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Client Service & Communication: Build and maintain exceptional relationships with clients, providing clear, proactive communication and expert advice.
• Growth & Retention: Actively contribute to the retention of existing clients and the attraction of new business opportunities.

You will remain hands on in the property management side with a small portfolio of your own key clients.

You will possess solid, demonstrable experience in commercial property management. While prior leadership experience is highly desirable, we encourage applications from experienced commercial property professionals ready to take their next career step into a leadership capacity. You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships.
