ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
We are on the hunt for a portfolio manager to move into commercial.  If you have been managing your own portfolio and want to make the move to commercial, then this could be ideal.  

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 160-180 properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
• Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections.
• Compiling monthly financial and written reports
• Managing insurance

To be considered for this exciting Commercial Property Manager role, you will have:

• At least 1-2  years experience within a similar property manager role - commercial or residential
• Self-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add value
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• A real passion for property management
• Outstanding client services
• A current Victorian real estate certificate (legally required)
• A current Victorian driver's license.

Salary depending on experience is $65,000 - $80,000 + Super
