A reputable and well known commercial team based in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.  A privately owned company, with an excellent reputation.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
This is a 12 month maternity contract, and we are specifically looking for someone who comes from a strong property admin background, either in commercial or residential.  If you are from a residential background and looking to transition to commercial you need to seriously consider this role as a strong option.

The role includes tasks such as those listed below, and we are looking for people with experience like this;

• Manage end-to-end sales and leasing campaigns including photography, videography, copywriting, online listings, brochures, signage and digital advertising.
• Create and schedule eDMs and newsletters; manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Prepare professional, on-brand marketing materials, submissions and proposals using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Canva. Coordinate with agents, clients, solicitors, photographers, signage contractors and external marketing suppliers to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Provide administrative support to the Commercial Sales & Leasing team, including database management (CRM), preparing documentation for pre- and post-campaign stages, and accurate record keeping.
• Be an ambassador for our brand by greeting clients and handling enquiries in a professional and approachable manner
• Liaise with our external IT support team on CRM and sales-related IT matters.

About You: 

• A vibrant, proactive and positive team player who enjoys being at the heart of the business.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop); Canva and Mailchimp experience highly regarded.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g. Surga) and liaising with external IT or marketing support when needed.
