The Opportunity:

We are hiring multiple Business Development Managers to join leading property management departments and help drive company growth. Each role offers the chance to expand asset portfolios and play a vital role in agency success across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into new property management contracts
• Prospect for new business, leveraging both the existing database and professional networking
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Meet set weekly and monthly targets and KPIs
• Keep accurate, current records of appraisals and new property management listings
• Support the broader team with ad-hoc projects to further the business

What You Need:

• Proactive approach: We want someone hungry to succeed and motivated to achieve results.
• Prior experience in real estate—leasing, property management, or sales—with a proven record of proactive client service
• Excellent follow-up and communication skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Professional presentation at all times
• Full driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle
• Agent’s Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real Estate Services
