Our client is a large and very forward thinking property business offering their client base many services within property. Within their property management division, they have looked at all the things that property manager need to make their day flow as smoothly as possible and put exceptional procedures in place! 

ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a motivated, experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 160 properties.  There is so much support in this role, most of the admin has been removed, so your main focus is building strong relationships with rental providers and renters. 

You will do minimum condition reports, routines, VCAT and open for inspections.

This role offers a competitive salary, depending on experience circa $80,000 - $100,000 package

And the next bonus about this role - NO SATURDAYS!

Do you tick the boxes?

• Proven experience as a Property Manager - 2-3 years hands on experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, coordinate and prioritise effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Real estate certification - Agents Rep, Cert IV, Full Licence
