ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading network within the northern zone.  With a strong reputation over many years they are now seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join their growing real estate team.  

ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
This portfolio has been managed by the same Property Manager for 15 years and is in a great state! The successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end management of this portfolio of properties, delivering a high standard of service that ensures the satisfaction of your clients.

This role offers a competitive salary, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional development.

Some Saturdays will be required however time off in lieu is provided for time worked.  Salary $75,000 - $80,000 depending on your experience

What's required:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, coordinate and prioritise effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Real estate certification - Agents Rep, Cert IV, Full Licence
