ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
This is an exceptional first job in property management.  You will work alongside six property managers, learning all there is within this field.  You will be duties such as inspections, routings, entry and exits, maintenance,  covering reception during lunch breaks, and covering for the property managers during absences.  

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• An Agents Representative Certificate / Cert 4 in Real Estate Practise
• Exposure to Real Estate coming from reception or leasing consultant is beneficial
• A reliable car and valid drivers licence  
• Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written 

Salary up to $68,000 package (including car allowance and super)
