ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client are a very well known company with a large development arm.  They are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join their growing real estate agency in Melbourne's CBD.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
Imagine a portfolio where no car is required, eliminating daily commutes in peak hours, parking stress, and vehicle expenses and running costs - lets not even talk about the parking tickets! This unique opportunity focuses on a concentrated portfolio of approximately 190-200 city and city-fringe properties, mostly located within a handful of buildings and walking distance (or quick tram ride) from the office. You'll manage your own portfolio, delivering the high standard of service that ensures exceptional client satisfaction within a vibrant urban setting, surrounded by cafes, shopping, and excellent transport links.

Important - you must love dogs as there is a gorgeous office dog, ready and waiting for a pat and a cuddle during the day!

This role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience), a genuinely supportive team environment, and clear pathways for professional development. Enjoy the benefit of 1 in 5 Saturdays with time in lieu, providing valuable flexibility.

• Proven experience as a residential Property Manager - 1-2 years experience minimum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, coordinate and prioritise effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license
• Real estate certification - Agents Rep, Cert IV, Full Licence
