Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for real estate, looking for a challenging yet rewarding role?
We are on the hunt for a proactive and adaptable EA to provide comprehensive support to a busy commercial Sales Director. This isn't just a traditional EA role; we're looking for someone who is forward-thinking, intuitive, and genuinely enjoys being an integral part of a dynamic team.

You'll be the backbone of support for the Director, managing a fast-paced environment with a smile. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and handle diverse tasks with exceptional efficiency will be key to your success. We're especially keen to hear from candidates with prior experience within the real estate sector. While a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is highly desirable, it's not a deal-breaker for the right person.

Typical tasks you will be responsible for include;

• Meeting preparation and support
• Report preparation, key stakeholder management
• CRM and database management
• Expense management
• Inbox and correspondence maintenance
• Project coordination
• Confidential information handling
• Event planning and coordination
