Our client is a highly respected Tier 2 commercial agency located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. They have been a dominant force for well over a century.
ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
The role is three (full) days per week being Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. ideally we are looking for someone who has specifically worked in real estate in the general accounting area using MYOB. Your role will be to assist the finance manager, working on tasks including the following;
- Daily banking and reconciliation
- Record purchases and process supplier payments,
- Raise invoice from requisitions
- Prepare periodic and month end reports (AR, AP, Fee Analysis and P&L, payroll)
- Maintain employee records and process fortnightly payroll
- Manage agents commissions
- Monthly super payments
- PAYG (Monthly) BAS (quarterly) and FBT (annually)
