To further strengthen their already successful Commercial Sales & Leasing operations, our client is now looking for a driven Team Leader to lead and inspire their high-calibre sales and leasing team.
This is a significant opportunity for someone with a proven track record in commercial sales and leasing who is ready to take on a leadership role and truly make an impact. Whether you've previously led a team or are a high-achieving individual contributor ready for the next step, this role offers the platform to leverage your expertise and significantly contribute to a thriving agency.
You'll remain actively involved in the market, continually your successful commercial leasing and sales career, while also strategically overseeing and coordinating major property campaigns from conception to successful execution.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, inspire, and foster a collaborative and high-performing commercial sales and leasing team, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Strategic Campaign Management: Oversee and coordinate comprehensive property leasing and sales campaigns, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Active Sales & Leasing: Remain an active participant in the market, directly engaging in commercial sales and leasing activities and leveraging deep market insights to secure deals.
- Performance Management: Set clear targets, monitor individual and team performance, and implement strategies to ensure continuous improvement and goal attainment.
- Market Insight & Reporting: Conduct thorough market research, identify emerging trends, and report effectively to senior management on market conditions and team progress.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Property Management team leader to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Your ability to motivate, strategically plan, and actively contribute to sales will be key to your success. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded and growing agency where your contributions will be highly valued.
You will need a Cert 4 in Real Estate (or higher), a reliable motor vehicle and strong commercial sales and leasing experience is required.
