Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join their growing real estate agency in Melbourne's CBD.

Save on motor vehicle costs (it all adds up... like petrol, parking, tolls, maintenance etc!) as no car is required. The portfolio of city and city fringe properties is sitting at just 145 properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of their own portfolio of properties, which are all located in just a handful of buildings all within walking distance of the office.  We are looking for someone who enjoys delivering a high standard of service that ensures the satisfaction of your clients.  Property Management experience is essential for this position.

This role offers a competitive salary, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional development.

1 in 6 Saturdays as time in lieu.  Salary is dependant on experience - range $75,000 - $85,000   + Super neg

Do you tick the boxes?

• Proven experience as a residential Property Manager
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, coordinate and prioritise effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license
• Real estate certification - Agents Rep, Cert IV, Full Licence
