About the Company:
This is a very long standing company, having over 100 years in this area!  They have a very strong commercial team and they are looking to expand due to increased growth!

About the Role:
This role will see you joining the team specifically in the leasing side of the commercial team.  You will be working closely with clients providing exceptional service to owners and tenants, maintaining the company's outstanding reputation.  Gain exceptional training with an award winning team

Key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Ensure that high quality services are consistently provided to owners and tenants in the leasing of properties.
• Attend to, and respond to, email and telephone enquiry and/or messages with a sense of urgency.
• Handle leasing enquiries received by phone, email, and internet (all phone and email enquiries are addressed ideally on same day as received - within 24 hours)
• Arrange to conduct inspections with potential tenants as required.
• Assist Sales / Leasing Agents with inspections to ensure efficient use of time for the team.

About You:

Ideally you will be working in real estate, looking to move across to the leasing side of commercial however this is not essential.  If you have experience working in sales, or customer service with excellent target results, we want to hear from you.

Some essentials include

• Agents Rep certificate or Cert 4 in Real Estate (legal requirement)
• Reliable motor vehicle and clear police check
• Excellent people skills, and impeccable presentation
• Great English skills both verbal and written
•  Are self motivated, committed to succeed
• Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn and grow

This is a Monday to Friday role, with some excellent incentives in place such as your birthday off, awesome training and development and the opportunity to work with a fantastic commercial team.
