Our client is boutique, long standing and well respected agency based in the South East, specialising in commercial.   
 
ABOUT THE ROLE
This person will be committed and reliable, who can manage a commercial portfolio of around 165 predominantly industrial properties based in the south east area.

Joining an awesome team, your day-to-day duties will include the below;

• Manage a portfolio of around 165 industrial/retail assets
• Liaise with business owners and corporations on property matters
• Conduct rent reviews 
• Liaise with solicitors on leasing documents & compliance
• Arrears management

Excellent admin support is provided.  There is a car park on site for you!

This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role, 9am - 5.00pm.  What a great way to get your weekends back!

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager with at least 1-2 years experience or a residential property manager with aspirations to move to commercial.
