ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU
This is a full time, Monday to Friday position, based in the office.  If you an experienced Lease Administrator seeking a challenging and rewarding role in Melbourne's vibrant commercial property sector, look no further! 

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Lease Administrator with a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role in commercial. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our sales and leasing team, contributing directly to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation, review, and administration of commercial leases and contracts.
• Managing all lease-related documentation and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Proactive and professional communication with clients, landlords, and tenants.
• Liaising effectively with solicitors to facilitate smooth lease transactions.
• Maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Providing exceptional administrative support to the sales and leasing team.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Lease Administrator, ideally within commercial property.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.
• Strong understanding of commercial leasing processes and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, property management software).
• A proactive and organised approach to your work.
