ABOUT THE COMPANY
You will join a large commercial agency located in the South East of Melbourne.  Priding themselves as a leading agency in the area, you will be well supported in admin and modern processes.  

ABOUT YOU AND ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of around 180 mainly  industrial properties.  The team use Released software, 

As the Commercial Property Manager, your duties will include but not limited to: 

• Managing an industrial portfolio of approximately 180 properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Compiling monthly financial and written reports
• Managing tenant and landlord communications
• Preparing budgets, and financial reporting 

To be considered for this exciting Commercial Property Manager, you will have:

• At least 1-2  years experience within a similar Commercial Property manager role OR are coming from a strong residential property management background and looking to transition to commercial
• Self-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add value
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• A real passion for property management
• Outstanding customer service 
• A current Cert 4 in Real Estate Practice, Agents Rep or full license
• A current Victorian driver's license and reliable car

This is a Monday to Friday role. Salary will be dependant on experience is $85,000 - $95,000 inclusive of super.
