About You and the Role:
Are you a warm, professional, and highly organised receptionist looking for your next opportunity? Due to internal promotion, our client are searching for a front-of-house superstar to manage reception and support the team with admin tasks

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves being the face of a business, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow into Owners Corporation Management in the future!   You will be the front of house, first point of contact doing duties including

• answering and directing all incoming calls with a friendly and professional manner
• welcome guests to the office with a warm smile
• maintain a tidy and professional reception area, common spaces & meeting rooms
• process and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries
• assist with Owners Corporation inquiries and general office support
• take on ad hoc admin tasks to support the team

Who we are looking for:

• front-of-house/reception experience – you’re the first impression, and you love it
• excellent presentation – you take pride in your professional image
• a warm, welcoming phone manner – you make everyone feel valued
• strong time management skills – you keep things running smoothly
• ability to work both independently & as part of a team – you’re adaptable
• great attention to detail – nothing gets past you
• excellent computer, organisation & administration skills – you love efficiency
