ABOUT THE COMPANY
A long standing boutique agency based in the Inner South East of Melbourne.  A small yet supportive team, there is no corporate high stress in this office!  

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will join a small team of experienced Commercial Property Managers, and your day-to-day duties will include the below;

• Day to day management of the predominantly industrial portfolio including liaison with tenants and landlords
• Lease administration in line with tenancy schedules
• Managing and nurturing sustainable relationships with owners and tenants
• All areas of repairs & maintenance for the portfolio
• Lease renewals and negotiations for new submissions
• Financial management including budgets, monitoring arrears and monthly reporting

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced commercial property manager with the following;

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial property management
• A confident, yet friendly personality with the ability to build rapport easily with clients
• A strong passion and ambition to build a successful career in Commercial management
• A current VIC Agents Rep/Cert 4 or Real Estate License
• Reliable motor vehicle and drivers license
