ABOUT THE COMPANY
Here is your chance to get your foot in the door to real estate with an awesome client in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.  A vibrant fun team and this role even comes with an office dog, who is readily available for a pat and some love!

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and determined individual who is excited about building their career in property management, starting in the Leasing/field services side of property management. 

Working within the property management team, this role offers a position with great exposure to further your career in real estate.  Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting open homes 
• Processing and approving applications
• Ingoing condition reports
• Key pick up
• Reference checks
• Attending weekly training sessions
• Demonstrate available properties to prospective tenants
• Manage tenant enquiries via phone and email
• Working closely with the Property Managers 

ABOUT YOU
This is such a great entry level role for a person with a focus on a career in property management or sales.  To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

• Certificate 4 in Real Estate Services / Agents Rep certificate (or about to start)
• Clear police check
• Organised, reliable and be willing to perform a diverse range of tasks
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Immaculate corporate presentation
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and pro-active across tasks
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong work-ethic with a commitment to excellence 
• Committed to constant improvement and open to ongoing training
• Prior experience in real estate industry is not required

Salary will be 55,000 plus super.  Some Saturdays will be required, with time off in lieu.
