Our client is a long standing and well respected tier 2 agency in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.  

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established and growing commercial division in Melbourne's commercial property hub!   As our clients Commercial Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for securing high-quality tenants for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing tenants, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to negotiate successful lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the leasing process for a range of commercial properties
• Proactively source and secure new tenants
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and business owners
• Negotiate lease terms and agreements
• Market properties effectively and conduct property inspections
• Stay up to date with market trends and commercial property legislation

Monday to Friday only, salary will be circa $70,000 + super + generous commissions.

ABOUT YOU
Ideally you will have a property background - perhaps sales or property management.  You will be hungry to make the deal come together and have strong negotiations skill to ensure your success in this space.

• A results-driven professional with a passion for commercial property
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or property management (Commercial real estate experience preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• A current Cert 4 in Real Estate Practice or higher
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
