Our team here at Spire are on the lookout for a residential property manager to join a well-established and thriving agency in the sought-after Eastern Suburbs.

This role is perfect for a driven individual with 1-2 years of experience seeking a supportive and growth-oriented environment.  We love this one as there are no Saturdays required!

The Opportunity:

• Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties, ensuring exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
• Support System: Enjoy support from a dedicated leasing\inspections team, as well as virtual assistants, allowing you to focus on building strong client relationships and managing your portfolio effectively.

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in residential property management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.     
• Legal stuff:  Minimum of Cert 4 in Real Estate Practice, clear police check
• Anything else:  Car, drivers license and a great work ethic!
