THE COMPANY
Our client are an established agency located in the South East. They are specialists in Industrial and Commercial Property.  The Company has built its reputation on loyalty to its clients, honesty and sound marketing advice, supported by strong Property Management, Owners Corporation and Property Development / Investment Divisions.

The Role:
You will work closely with one other Commercial Manager looking after a portfolio of 300 properties.  You will have the support of two administrators who will manage the Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews and all administration, also there is a Trust Account Manager.  Your role is to do the Core Property Management stuff.

• Database management 
• Maintenance
• Essential services 
• Market reviews
• Budgeting, Reconciliations and Estimate of outgoing reports

About You:
You will be passionate about property. We are looking for a great new addition to this great team and you will:

• Be a strong and confident Commercial Property Manager
• Self-Motivated, organised and ability to work autonomously
• Maintain an open policy of communication 
• High level of written and verbal communication 
• High level of financial acumen 
• Ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external 
• Hold Cert 4 in Property/Agents Rep (minimum)
• Have a reliable car and drivers license

Salary will completely depend on your experience circa $100,000 - $140,000
