We’re seeking a motivated Senior Partnerships and Grants Officer to grow our grants and partnerships portfolio and secure funding that supports life-changing services for people living with neurological conditions. This role will lead the identification, development and submission of compelling grant applications, while nurturing relationships with funding partners who share our vision.

About the Role This role plays a key part in growing MSWA’s sustainable income through grant and corporate partnerships.
You will identity funding opportunities, develop compelling submissions and deliver high quality reporting and acquittals to ensure strong funder relationships.
You’ll work closely with our Partnerships Manager and internal teams to deliver partner commitments, strengthen relationships, and ensure meaningful outcomes for the neurological community.

Key Responsibilities Grants & Funding - Identify, assess and prioritise new grant opportunities aligned with organisational needs
- Lead the development and submission of high‑quality grant applications
- Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders
- Maintain and monitor the grants pipeline, deadlines and reporting requirements
- Prepare grant acquittals and impact summaries
Corporate Partnerships - Provide exceptional stewardship and relationship management for key partners
- Support the Partnerships Manager in implementing corporate engagement strategies
- Assist with onboarding new partners and managing contractual obligations
- Act as a key contact for day‑to‑day partner communication
- Coordinate partnership plans and deliverables
Engagement & Coordination - Support partner-related engagement initiatives
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver partnership commitments
- Assist with events and collaborative activities
Reporting & Compliance - Maintain accurate CRM and partnership records
- Prepare partnership reports, impact summaries and financial insights
- Ensure compliance with funding and contractual conditions
- Support continuous improvement in systems and tools
Must‑haves - Relevant qualifications or 3+ years’ experience in corporate partnerships or community grants
- Demonstrated experience generating income through partnerships or grants
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Strong written communication skills, with an ability to craft persuasive content
- High-level organisation and project management skills
- Strong numeracy, reporting and analytical capability
- Proficiency in IT systems, including the Microsoft Office Suite
