About the Role

As a Residential Enrolled Nurse, you will provide clinical care, support, and supervision to residents within our supported accommodation services. Working closely with Care Support Workers and the wider Residential Services team, you'll play a key role in monitoring care plans, overseeing medication management, and ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing.
We have Casual, Permanent Full-time and Permanent Part-time positions available at our newest Shenton Park location.
Available shifts include:
- Morning shifts
- Afternoon shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekend shifts
Key Responsibilities - Deliver nursing care while promoting residents' dignity, choice, and independence
- Conduct nursing assessments and provide clinical advice and support
- Monitor and maintain resident care plans and clinical documentation
- Support and supervise Care Support Workers in delivering person-centred care
- Monitor medication administration and resident health outcomes
- Assist with specialised care requirements, including nutritional and medical supports
- Complete resident observations and report changes in condition
- Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents
- Complete routine and adhoc catheter changes, catheter flushes and management
- Attend to acute and complex wound care
- Complete routine and adhoc enteral tube changes and balloon checks
Must-Haves - Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
- NDIS Orientation Certificate (or ability to obtain)
