We are seeking a skilled and reliable Elevator Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators, lifts, and ramps. As an ambassador for the company, you will represent our brand while interacting with customers and the public, including when operating company vehicles.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical systems, including performing complex measurements.
• Licensing & Certification: Maintain an OSHA 10 Hour Training Certificate and keep all professional licenses current.
• DOT Requirements: Keep a valid DOT physical card and meet all required driving standards.
• Customer Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical issues and solutions to customers and internal teams.
• Travel: Willingness to travel and work away from home for up to one week at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance: Install and maintain elevators and lifts using electrical and mechanical expertise to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Customer Service: Deliver professional service, clearly communicate technical issues, and address customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Paperwork & Reporting: Accurately submit weekly service reports, timesheets, and expense logs as required.
• Vehicle & Tool Management: Maintain company vehicles, track mileage, ensure proper vehicle documentation, and manage supplies and per diem expenses.
