Job Posting: Production Supervisor
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Position Summary:
The Production Supervisor will coach and develop a team to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. This 2nd shift role (2:00 PM - 12:00 AM) requires flexibility to meet production demands.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production operations, ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering growth and continuous learning
• Build cross-department partnerships to achieve team and company goals
• Drive continuous improvement, implementing action plans and encouraging innovative approaches
• Recruit, assess, and strategically place team members to optimize performance
• Maintain food safety and quality standards, addressing issues proactively
• Ensure timely and regular attendance per department requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Six years of experience in a related role
• Successful candidates must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
