Commercial Lines Account Manager – San Antonio Location: 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Base Salary: $51,000 + uncapped commission
Format: Onsite for 90 days, then potential hybrid (3 days in office)
Note: Active Property & Casualty license is required to be considered.
This is a high-impact sales opportunity focused on inbound, pre-qualified leads only - no cold calling. You’ll speak directly with small business owners across the country, helping them understand and select the right commercial coverage.
This contract-to-hire position offers licensing in all 50 states and the chance to grow within a fast-moving, tech-forward insurance team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound phone and web leads from business owners
• Guide customers through commercial policy options and close sales
• Consistently meet performance and service goals
• Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and follow-ups
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Experience in insurance, customer service, or sales
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
