Commercial Lines Account Manager – Las Vegas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Base Salary: $51,000 + uncapped commission
Format: Onsite for 90 days, then potential hybrid (3 days in office)
Note: Active Property & Casualty license is required to be considered.
Join a fast-growing commercial insurance team working exclusively with inbound, warm leads - no cold calling. You'll support small business owners nationwide with coverage options like general liability, workers' comp, and commercial auto.
This is a contract-to-hire role with licensing support in all 50 states and long-term growth potential in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and online quote requests from engaged business owners
• Educate clients and close sales using warm leads only
• Meet sales goals while delivering excellent service
• Manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently
• Collaborate in a team-driven, fast-paced setting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Insurance and sales experience
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and follow-up skills
