Now Hiring: Saw Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Omaha, NE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00am – 1:30pm
Pay: $22.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience)

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-driven, and looking for a long-term role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re hiring a Saw Operator to join a production team focused on cutting and preparing materials for custom fabrication work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate a variety of saws (CNC band saws, cold cut saws, circular saws, and manual band saws) to cut metal bars, tubing, and sheets to spec
• Read and interpret job specs, blueprints, and work instructions
• Set stops, guides, and layout markings for accurate cuts
• Use overhead cranes to safely move materials in and out of cutting areas
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Remove burrs, rust, and sharp edges from parts
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and maintain a clean work area
• Support 5S and continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate discrepancies or concerns to the appropriate team

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of related experience or technical training/certification
• Ability to read blueprints and confidently use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team-focused environment
