Passionate about community and student success? As Manager – Student Life & Wellbeing, you’ll create a welcoming, inclusive environment, lead wellbeing initiatives, mentor Residential Advisors, and bring student life to life at our new UniLodge Brisbane City location.

At a glance, you will:
- Lead the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of programs and events that strengthen community engagement, wellbeing, and student success.
- Recruit, train, coach, and support Residential Advisors (RAs) to deliver high‑quality support, foster positive relationships, and uphold community standards.
- Monitor resident wellbeing, provide timely guidance and referrals, and collaborate with university and local support services to ensure holistic care.
- Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and vibrant community culture that promotes belonging, diversity, and mutual respect among residents and staff.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with university departments, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and positive community outcomes.
About You: You’re a people‑centred leader who thrives in a dynamic, community‑focused environment. With strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to student wellbeing, you lead with empathy and confidence.
You’ll also bring:
- Proven experience leading, motivating, and developing teams
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of wellbeing, empathy, and mental health literacy
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities during peak periods such as O‑Week, exams, and student intakes
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Valid National Police Check + Blue Card
Where you will be – UniLodge Brisbane City: UniLodge Brisbane City is a brand-new, purpose-built student accommodation located in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, set to open in 2026. Rising 27 storeys, the property offers modern studio and shared apartments designed for comfort, convenience and contemporary student living.
Ideally positioned within walking distance to QUT Gardens Point and close to major universities, the property provides residents with easy access to transport, education and Brisbane’s best lifestyle precincts.
