We’re partnering with a well-established Florida-based heavy civil contractor delivering large-scale FDOT roadway and infrastructure projects across Central Florida.

This contractor is known for lean project teams, hands-on leadership, and a practical, get-it-built approach. They have a strong reputation with FDOT and a secure pipeline of upcoming work.

We’re hiring a Project Manager to support a major FDOT roadway project in the Central Florida / Celebration area.

You’ll work alongside an experienced management team and play a key role in project execution from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing FDOT roadway and heavy civil scopes
• Coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Interfacing directly with FDOT inspectors and consultants
• Supporting cost tracking, quantities, RFIs, and project documentation
• Being field-engaged when needed – this is not a desk-only PM role

Requirements

• FDOT experience is mandatory
• Heavy civil / roadway construction background
• Experience supporting or leading DOT projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Local to Central Florida or able to commute
