Survey Field Technician – DOT Projects (Metro Atlanta)
Established heavy civil construction company hiring a Survey Field Technician to support major DOT work across the Metro Atlanta area (within a 60-mile radius).

This role is focused on DOT staking and layout for large-scale infrastructure projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• DOT staking using Trimble or Leica
• Operating robotic total stations and GPS equipment
• Supporting active projects — no crew-leading experience required
• Field-focused role (no CAD work needed)

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of field survey experience
• Strong hands-on ability with modern survey equipment
• Comfortable working on DOT / heavy civil projects
