A solid heavy civil contractor is hiring Project Engineers to support active DOT and roadway projects in Central Florida. This is real work on real jobs—newly awarded projects that need boots-on-the-ground support now, not “someday.”
This role is mostly office-based, with field time as needed. You’ll learn how jobs actually run without being chained to the site 24/7.

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll help keep projects moving and paperwork straight, including:

• RFIs
• Submittals
• Change Orders
• Scheduling

If you’ve seen this stuff but haven’t owned it yet, that’s fine. Training is available.

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Entry-level to junior candidates welcome
• 1–2 years preferred, but new grads with the right degree are fair game
• DOT experience required (small roadway jobs count)
• Public or private experience is fine—no ego here

Schedule & Work Style

• 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• No night work
• Mostly office work with some field time when needed
