Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager 
Location: San Antonio, TX (Projects within ~60-mile radius)

Our client is seeking a Project Engineer / APM to support municipal street, drainage, and utility projects. You’ll assist Project Managers and Superintendents with documentation, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and municipal coordination. 
  
Key Responsibilities

• Support project management: track RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgets, schedules, and permits
• Coordinate field operations with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Assist with municipal and utility coordination, inspections, and compliance
• Help with project closeout, including as-builts and turnover packages
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  
Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Experience: Municipal civil construction, including streets, drainage, and utilities; City of San Antonio experience preferred
• Skills: Strong organization, communication, and multitasking; proactive, decisive, and accountable; comfortable in office and field settings
• Cultural Fit: Must complete Culture Index survey; traits valued include follow-through, accountability, and decisiveness
