Senior Project Manager / Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Location: DFW Metro (Office-based, Monday–Friday)
Project Types: Ground-Up Grocery Stores, Auto Dealerships, Large Retail, Light Industrial
Salary: $125K - $160K

• + 18–25% Annual Bonus, 401k Match, Fully Covered Health Insurance, $6K Car Allowance

About the Role:
We’re partnering with a highly respected, Texas-based general contractor that’s looking for a sharp and experienced PM or Sr. PM to help lead large-scale commercial projects throughout the DFW area. Projects range from $20M to $80M, with a focus on fast-paced, ground-up construction.

Typical workload: 1–2 projects at a time, with full ownership of buyout, scheduling, client communication, and team leadership.

Ideal Background:

• 10-15+ years of experience as a PM in ground-up commercial construction
• Senior PMs should be able to lead any project, regardless of size or sector

• Experience with auto dealerships, retail, or grocery projects is a huge plus
