What You'll Do:

• Lead complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage project documentation, contracts, submittals, and takeoffs
• Manage relationships with owners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Utilize tools like Procore to maintain seamless project execution

Ideal Background:

• 5–15 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Project experience in:
  
  • State Construction / Higher Education Facilities
  • K-12 / Healthcare / Municipal Government Projects
• Strong background in client management and documentation
• Proficiency with Procore, project scheduling, and general construction processes
