Project Engineer – Heavy Civil / Roadway Construction (Orlando / Lakeland, FL)

What You’ll Do:

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in planning and delivering complex heavy civil projects.
• Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, and procurement.
• Work closely with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the jobsite.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and DOT partners.
• Gain hands-on exposure to every phase of the project life cycle, preparing you for future leadership roles.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (roads, bridges, DOT projects preferred).
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent field experience).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
