r�� Experienced Civil Superintendent needed

• Location: Based out of Lutz/ Tampa FL 
• Focus: Grading-focused (not utility) with full turnkey project ownership

✅ Must-Haves:

• 5+ years in site development (multifamily, commercial, industrial, education)
•  proven leadership
• Culture fit – productive, self-policing, value-driven
• Turnkey execution ability
• Vendor relationships and understanding of how projects are built/run

Preferred:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Software: Office 365, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, ProEst

�� Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders
• Subcontractor/material coordination
• Managing multiple crews
• Full project ownership & client interface
• Reporting 

�� Project Types

• Multifamily

• Project durations: 18–24 months
• Budgets: $10M–$40M
