We’re working with a respected Florida-based civil contractor that specializes in turnkey site development across residential, commercial, and municipal sectors. With a backlog of high-profile work, they’re seeking a Project Manager to lead efforts from pre-con to closeout.

You’ll join a lean, agile team with deep local roots and a strong reputation for doing quality work. The company self-performs earthwork, utilities, grading, and paving, and you'll have full project oversight including scheduling, budget tracking, buyout, and field coordination.

What you’ll do:

• Manage 2–4 active site development projects
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors & vendors
• Drive project schedules and keep budgets on track
• Report directly to the division leadership with autonomy

Ideal background:

• 5+ years in civil construction project management
• Experience in earthwork, utilities, or site development
• Proven ability to lead projects start-to-finish
• Florida experience and local connections preferred
