Our client is a family-owned civil contractor with over 75 years of building the Carolinas from the ground up. We’re looking for a sharp, grounded Project Manager in the Durham & surrounding areas with experience in site development—grading, utilities, storm systems, and commercial/residential pads.

This is local-only (no travel, no estimating), ideal for someone who thrives in the dirt and likes running smooth, efficient jobs with a reliable support team. You'll manage 3–4 active projects at a time, working closely with superintendents, owners, and a strong HQ team to keep things moving.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage schedules, POs, and subcontractor coordination
• Communicate with field crews, owners, and internal departments
• Handle project flow and change orders—no bidding involved
• Use tools like Procore, Bluebeam, IRP6
