About Our Client
A rapidly growing Miami-based contractor specializing in structural repair, concrete restoration, renovation solutions and more for South Florida condominium, commercial, and hospitality properties. Driven by surging demand from Florida’s “new mandatory structural inspection deadlines”, our client provides mission-critical compliance and high-value restoration solutions for multi-family and commercial assets.
The Opportunity: Guaranteed Market Demand
Florida’s mandatory structural inspection legislation requires multi-family and condominium high-rises to complete structural milestone inspections and recertifications. This creates non-discretionary, legally mandated demand for commercial concrete restoration and structural repairs across South Florida.
Why This Role Is Different: 100% Relationship Focused
You focus on pipeline growth while our team handles technical execution. A full in-house estimating department, structural engineering support team, and project management group handle all technical scope development, bidding, pricing, and job execution—allowing you to concentrate entirely on networking and closing.
