Production Clerk
 
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM - On-site
Overtime: Must be available to work overtime in the afternoons as needed.
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
 
Position Summary
 
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in supporting daily plant operations by maintaining production records, assisting with inventory activities, and providing administrative support across multiple departments, including Production, Shipping, Inventory, and the Stockroom.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.
• Create, update, and maintain daily production reports and operational documentation.
• Provide administrative support to various plant departments, including Production, Shipping, Inventory, and Stockroom operations.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and operational records.
• Assist with inventory verification, material counts, and documentation reconciliation.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents using Microsoft Office applications.
• Communicate professionally through email and internal communications.
• Ensure all records and documentation are organized, accurate, and completed within established deadlines.
• Support general office operations and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, manufacturing support, or office environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general office software.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must be available to work overtime, particularly after regularly scheduled shift hours, when business needs require.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
