DESCRIPTION:

A leading organization in the healthcare sector is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Product Designer to join their creative team. This role is designed for a visual thinker with a deep understanding of digital ecosystems, branding, and user interface design. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into intuitive, sleek, and high-performing digital experiences across web, mobile, and social platforms.

As a hands-on design leader, you will maintain brand consistency by strictly adhering to brand manuals while pushing the boundaries of innovation in product design. Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-fidelity prototypes and graphic production assets. This position requires a professional who can bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring all designs are functional, scalable, and user-centered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and evolution of user interfaces for digital products, focusing on UI and product design excellence.
• Execute advanced design projects including branding, digital assets, and graphic production for events and internal communications.
• Utilize Figma for high-fidelity prototyping, list segmentation, and design system management.
• Collaborate within Agile methodologies to align design sprints with development and marketing goals.
• Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with established brand manuals and visual identity systems.
• Support the development team by providing design specifications and understanding the implementation via HTML, CSS, and JS environments.
• Manage end-to-end design workflows for web, mobile applications, and social media campaigns.
• Present and validate design decisions through real-world project examples and a comprehensive portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 5 or more years of advanced experience in graphic and digital product design, preferably within the fintech, banking, or insurance industries.
• Technical: Expert-level proficiency in Figma. Validable skills in creating real-world design systems and prototypes.
• UX/UI: Strong knowledge of User Interface design; User Experience (UX) experience is highly valued.
• Education/Knowledge: Deep understanding of branding, visual thinking, and digital environments.
• Digital Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JS) to ensure design feasibility.
• Agile: Proven experience working within Agile methodologies and fast-paced collaborative environments.
• Production: Experience in graphic production and designing assets for physical and digital events.
• Portfolio: A professional portfolio demonstrating Figma mastery and a history of successful digital product launches is mandatory.
• Communication: Intermediate to advanced English level (B2-C1) to collaborate with international teams.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, organizational excellence, and the ability to follow complex brand guidelines.
